ProSun International is looking for a sales administrative assistant to join our team. ProSun is a small family business based out of Saint Petersburg, Fl. Specialized in the manufacturing of tanning and wellness equipment, and providing sales to the fitness, salons, and wellness industry. We are looking for someone that is going to join our team to provide administrative assistance to our sales team members and provide level 1 customer support through emails and chat. You will be working with the team manager for our US-based Sales team. They will rely on you to organize customer accounts, update records, create follow-up schedules, send out standardized emails and manage tier 1 support through our online chat. More specific detail of some of the job responsibilities are: – Communicate with team manager about any issues or discrepancies – Update customer database – Work well independently while helping the team. – Ability to communicate and ask for additional work tasks from the team manager on slow days. – Follow Standard Operating procedures for specific tasks. Examples of work tasks: – Reviewing customer accounts in the CRM database – Scheduling follow-up activities in the CRM database for sales team members – Sending internal emails to other team members – Follow chat transcript to communicate in writing with customers on our website. Job Requirements: – Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance. – Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities. – Regular access to a high-speed, stable internet connection. – Ability to recognize roadblocks and help work towards a solution to achieve the goal. – Excellent fluent written English communication skills – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and adobe pdfs. – Ability to observe confidentiality at all times. – Must be able to work the United States Eastern Time zone hours.
