About us: Lime Dot is a tech start-up providing an online marketing platform for a niche market in Australia. We’re looking for an experienced and capable data entry specialist to collate and transfer data into our main CRM, Hubspot and a WordPress database for the website. Also, some support for ongoing SEO work. From time to time sourcing contact details for prospects by using google and other websites. This job is primarily an admin level role, but of course would suit someone with an interest in or experience of marketing. We anticipate that this ongoing project will require 1-2 hours per day initially, but could have scope to grow significantly for the right person. Deliverables: Review daily datasets from a 3rd party and update on CRM to create and send marketing emails. To review and reconcile monthly 3rd party datasets against our own data To provide support for SEO To provide lists of prospects when required (and a detailed brief will be given) Requirements for the project: – Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) – Excellent grammar and a high attention to detail – Experience with Hupspot – Experience with WordPress/website CMS – Experience with basic SEO work In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience in each of the above.
