I believe micromanaging stifles creativity, so be ready to soar. Dissertation Doctors is an editing and coaching company for doctoral students. We even have a podcast for writing dissertation and graduate students, so we are not your average "smarties!" It is like no other editing company! Trust me. The founder needs ongoing assistance, so if you’re looking for a "hit it and go," keep going. We’re trying to do BIG things and we need consistency. The "Uber" mindset will not work with this assignment. We’re looking for an assistant with excellent customer service, follow-up, and a person who is naturally helpful.
