ERM is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant / Copy Editor to provide a wide range of admin and document support. The successful candidate will be able to apply self-initiative, organization and priority management, a positive team attitude, and technical aptitude and creativity in supporting our staff and helping produce high quality client and marketing deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general administrative project support, such as: High-quality copy editing (proofing, consistency, formatting) and ability to navigate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, to produce various deliverables, such as technical reports and marketing proposals. Excellent detail orientation in producing accurate and on brand deliverables above. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines, and schedule of requests. Communicate effectively with project teams for outstanding internal customer service. Other non-technical project support work as required, such as data checking, data entry, archiving, researching, etc. Assist with timesheets and expense report submittals. Liaise to the building(s) and office vendors. Liaise to internal company resources, such as HR, IT, and Finance. Onboard and engage new hires, including pre-communication, first day paperwork, and general employee trainings, such as timesheets, expenses, and familiarization with company resources. Support ERM culture for local/remote offices, including health and safety values, morale, and sustainability practices. REQUIREMENTS Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields of English, Communications, or Marketing. Able to provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external clients. Strong computer skills, as well as the ability to learn and retain new computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat DC, and with web-based tools.
