We are a small law firm looking for a virtual assistant to provide support with data entry and other support. Primary duties will be reviewing accident reports and other records and transferring data into our front office software. Training will be provided. Secondary duties will be assignments from attorneys or paralegals and may include using provided templates to create new documents, organizing records, interacting (via phone) with insurance companies to open new files, and other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
