Job Overview Provide day-to-day personal services and assistance to Mubenga Sports CEO & clients. This includes, but is not limited to, a wide variety of tasks that includes reservations, travel, property management, and logistical planning. Assist CEO in completing day to day administrative tasks Responsibilities and Duties Maintain confidentiality of client activity Developing itineraries, tending to Reservations, and other various tasks Booking and Coordinating Travel (Flights, Accommodations, Transportation, Planning) Logistical Coordination (Property moves, vehicle moves, other shipments) Assist with presentation preparations and meeting materials Attend meetings and capture takeaways when requested Work in liaison with the CEO to confirm appointments and reservations Aid in completing various administrative tasks such as weekly reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in the sports industry is a plus 5+ years of administrative support experience required 3+ years supporting multiple functions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google docs, sheets and slides Comfortable with ambiguity and working in an ever-changing environment Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently with minimal direction/supervision Ability to handle sensitive matters and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proven success prioritizing work and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
