-Payroll -Billing -Entering data into internal spreadsheet (billing/payroll/expenses etc.) -Running payroll every Wednesday -Sending out invoices every Sunday morning -Registering workers for ADP/workforce when necessary -Handling any administrative work for the company (uploading files to google drive, emailing workers/clients when necessary) etc. -any other admin related taks Billing/payroll from the previous has to be updated on the spreadsheet by the next morning NY EST. Total amount of hours that would be required are about 3hrs per day Tuesday-Friday from 8AM-11AM (plus overtime if necessary) You will be working under the guidance of our chief admin assistant and be providing support to her. You will directly report to her.
