– Customer Communications – Day to Day Task in our Software Program – Customer Support, answering emails, scheduling repairs work in our software. Or sending responses to questions from clients. – Proposal Finalizing with predefined text, prepare and send. Information needed is giving by the Field tech. – Calendar/Schedule management. Our answer service initially schedules the meeting. But may need to be maintained if something changes or someone needs to be moved or added. – No phone calls, all emails and available to do online any time of day. – Small accounting, sending invoices, taking payments, paying bills online, managing with QuickBooks is a plus.
