SUMMARY This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for the business. The role is a support role for the Client Success team, to help them stay organized and service our clients as our business continues to grow. POSITION OVERVIEW This role reports directly to our Integrator while working with other Client Success team members as needed . This is a fully remote position that is approximately 10 hours per week. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following, but not limited to: Lead customer service as first point of contact for fulfillment tracking and inventory management ● Create and establish SOPs as needed ● Embrace the project management system and making sure that it stays tidy REQUIREMENTS The ideal individual possesses the following strengths and skills: ● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role ● Resourceful and reflective for problem solving ● Self-starter and assertive ● Highly competent working in spreadsheets and large amounts of data ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills ● Highly organized and able to anticipate client and team needs. ● Coachable, receive feedback with ease ● Coordinate multiple efforts, simultaneously
