Service matters. Think about a time when you walked away from a transaction with a smile on your face. Now channel that feeling. That is what we want our customers to feel when they contact you! We are a company that works in a remote environment. We sell a fun service. People call us – and they are generally HAPPY when they do. This position is for a phone responder 2 days per week with options for more time. This could (and we hope will) expand into a full time endeavor. The typical call is inbound, and the discussion is generally 3-8 minutes. We do not time calls. We want the customer to feel that they are our primary focus when they call. Details are important. Taking thorough notes and being able to type them into our software is part of the responsibility. Getting it right the first time is a priority. This is a work from home assignment. You will need to be able to access the internet and have stable wi fi. Calls will be routed to you for handling. Initially, you will not know the answers. That’s okay. Someone with the ability to respond with a "thank you for that input, let me get you those answers" is fine. Our hope is that you grow into the job quickly and soon be able to confidently answer any questions that may arise. If you cannot maintain professionalism, this is not the job for you. Working independently requires a certain amount of discipline. Background noise is not acceptable. If you live near the train, let’s reconvene when you move. We do not want to hear the sound of children, other conversations, animals, industrial sounds when our customers are communicating with us. We will also want common manners.
