What We Do All Luxury Cleaning aka ACJ Luxury Maintenance , offers creative cleaning and janitorial solutions for the federal government, commercial and residential clients. Founded in 2020 during the height of COVID were able to help NYC hospitals by providing trained employees to clean and sanitize the hospital rooms and hallways. All Luxury Cleaning is a sub company of ACJ Luxury Maintenance currently working to obtain more residential clients. As an Customer Sales Rep, you will talk with companies and individuals about our services and how we will be able to assist them with their cleaning needs. Cold calling is involved and you will be prepped with an understanding of our company and our values before you start making the cold calls. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while achieving monthly sales goals. Job Description -Cold Calling setting appointments for our representatives to go out and give estimates -Receiving customers phone calls answering their questions about our services -Booking customers through our online system -Follow up calls -Sending follow up emails You will be on the phone a lot with individuals and business owners.This is B2B sales and B2C sales. If you don’t like being on the phone, this is not going to be the right job for you. Own the following duties Guide consumers through the package selection selection and booking process. Quickly learn our values and what we offer. Provide an excellent consumer experience for consumers. Provide continuous feedback for improvement throughout the sales process and give us ideas on how to better grow. Qualifications Must be technology efficient and have access to stable internet You should be able to recieve calls through your laptop or desktop we use Ring Central. Knowledge of how to use microsoft word and excel Professional and motivated self-starter Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment. Computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple screens.
