I am looking for someone who’s willing to help me with job search and applications. This is a two month job if the work is smooth and of high quality. The salary is $160USD per month starting October 1st. I am looking for a detailed oriented individual, highly versed in research, with the ability to strongly grasp requirements and accurately understand goals and direction. A person who is willing to go above and beyond, thinks out of the box and is able to make suggestions and recommendations. Someone who is able to structure her work and deliver clear quantitative and qualitative updates. Someone who is willing to do the job to the very best of their ability. The project is composed of two main components: A- Researching adequate target companies/jobs and recruitment firms(and the right contact individuals in those companies and their contact info) B- Setting up accounts and applying to existing job offers on different platforms. In terms of deliverables: A total of 500 highly targeted standard applications should be submitted daily on different job boards for two main markets: US and Canada. The target job boards for the US market are: Indeed, Glassdoor, Google for Jobs, CareerBuilder, Job2Careers, Monster, Snagajob, Scouted, Simply hired, nexxt, ziprecruiter, Dice, Lensa, Ladders, neuvoo, and Linkup/Getwork. The target job boards for the Canadian market are: Indeed, Glassdoor, Google for Jobs, Monster, Canada Job Bank, Workopolis, Canada Jobs, Jobs.ca, Eluta, Wow Jobs, Jooble, Jobillico, CareerJet, Simply Hired, Monster, CareerBuilder, Jobboom, Torontojobs.ca, Additionally, 50 on-company-website applications should be submitted daily. I may also send you links to up to an additional 50 targeted(possibly on company websites application) job offers to apply to per week. By the end of the first week, an extensive list of highly targeted companies that fulfill the requirements should be submitted along with company websites and contact information when available. Information about the targeted jobs/companies and sectors shall be shared later on if we agree to work together. On a daily basis, an exhaustive report should be shared to showcase all the job offers that have been applied to with links to each job offer, name of the role, location, and job board.
