We are looking for several virtual assistants to handle our customer service requests. Your main tasks will be – Update and maintain a database (Airtable and GoogleSheet) – Solve a series of problems that will be transmitted by our customer service – Reporting and proposing improvements. The qualities required for this position are: – be organised – be assiduous – be responsive – be autonomous – enjoy working from home and on a computer – be patient If you already have experience with facebook business manager tools this is a plus for this position. The working hours are flexible, it will not be more than 5 hours a day.
