We are looking for someone to add to our team. We are an online business and we are looking for someone to take care and clean up of our bookkeeping and payment accounts. *We need someone who is VERY acquainted with Quickbooks and being a Cpa/accountant in general. *We need someone who has excellent communication skills and who can send emails/make calls when there is a balance due and get in touch with the right people to get it taken care of and sorted out. *Someone who can monitor payments received and apply them to the correct invoice/sales orders and balances. *Make corrections to invoices/sales orders when due and fix curent invoices so that they balance out in our books *Sort and manage transactions from QuickBooks. *Make earnings reports/projection reports and other reports to gauge the growth of the business If this is you, we need your help! Please respond here with your resume, experience in this field , and how you would handle realizing a vendor that has an invoice where they owe us $5,000 and it is 30 days late on a net 14 invoice. .
