We are a small but growing interior design firm located in sunny Southern California. We are looking for a sharp, positive, enthusiastic individual to support our current and next level of growth. We need someone who is proficient in; -Managing our internal processes and communication with clients (including a focus on client onboarding/updating), product ordering, schedule building and project timeline coordination and management. -Maintaining a accurate, up-to-date schedule and communicating it to the necessary parties -Tracking a project through it’s life-cycle, from proposal to order, through shipping and delivery, including keeping track of project budgets and timelines -Keeping our design platform (ivy.co) updated with relevant detail for each project/client -Transcribing project/site-visit notes -Implementing marketing initiatives -Manage project timelines using Asana (proficient in Asana or willing to learn).
