Mission: The core mission of the Business Developer is to manage the agency’s project acquisition accounts, ensure execution and success of each project, and support each team member or copywriter under their management through proper delegation.   The Business Developer will be expected to message clients to secure projects, as well as ensure the daily revenue KPI set by the agency. Ideally, the Business Developer should have competencies in copywriting and doing quality control checks (editing / proofreading) for the work submitted by the copywriter team. Most client accounts include the following activities: – Grow the clients and projects for the agency – Delegate projects to the copywriting team – Prospect for ideal clients and projects, send proposals, and follow up regarding contracts and deadlines through direct messages – Followup with the copywriting team to ensure projects are turned in on time – Give ratings to clients once a project is complete and then ask them to leave a review in return – Ensure the organization and structure of the workflow of projects to stay on top of everything Submit a proposal if you think you’re a good fit for this role.
