Call center to receive inbound calls and messaging service, Karachi

We require an English speaking contractor/team (prefer Australian or American accent) to handle inbound sales enquiries. Our business "Carinspect.com.au" receives calls from customers wanting to book a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. This can be done online, however, many customers need assistance over the phone to walk them through the booking process or to answer any questions they may have prior to making a booking with us. The role includes: 1) Receiving sales enquiries 2) Assisting customers to book our service online 3) Processing payment through our payment gateway "Stripe" – you do not need a merchant facility or payment gateway you just need to know how to use ours 4) Take messages from any customer that needs to speak with one of our mechanics or team. Once the message is received, email the details fo the message through to us What you will need: 1) An inbound call service that can handle call divert 2) Within that call service you will need to see what number the customer has selected. For example the options may be: #Press 1 to make an online booking or for assistance in making a booking #Press 2 if you have an existing booking and need to discuss #Press 3 if you require assistance with a report you have received #Press 4 for all other enquiries We only expect you to handle #Press 1 to make an online booking or for assistance in making a booking, all others you will divert through to one of our team or take a message and email to us. Hours: At this stage we would like to commence with weekend hours from 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Once we have trialed your service, we will look to bring your team on full time between 9am – 6pm Monday – Sunday. All hours are in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
