Bermuda Island Taxi requires: 1. Dedicated Full-Time English speaking agent(s) to handle a high volume of inbound calls which vary in peak season customer service tasks to include a good listener, and someone who can type quickly. Tasks include handling inbound customer calls service via online messages Emails, Calls etc. 2. Number of agents to get started: Three (3) agents 1 person per shift temporarily subject to change during peak times. 3. Agent must be able to work full-time equaling an average 40 hours per week subject to change with peak season summer months April – September. Starting with every Sat 5am – 10am, Sun 5am-12am subject to change due to curfew in place till further notice. 4. Service hour coverage: __To be determined same as above subject to change due to curfew times and peak season. 5. Call Center Agent must include all Inclusive flat rate one-stop solution, including existing and future agent recruitment to inform BIT with any replacements, payroll, local social benefit, medical insurance etc. 6. Training: Bermuda Island Taxi will waive up to Two (3) days service fee for initial training period. After the first three (3) days initial training period, Bermuda Island taxi will pay client regular service fee, including regular working hours and future possible ongoing training hours
