We would like to engage help to clean up our client and contact database. It is extracted in an Excel workbook format and contains the fields such as: 1. Company name 2. Physical / Registered office address 3. Town / City 4. Region / State 5. Postal code 6. Country 7. Company contact number 8. Company fax number 9. Company general email 10. Company website 11. Contact person name 12. Contact person title / position / role 13. Contact person phone no. 14. Contact person mobile no. 15. Contact person email address 16. Contact person name Field 1 is already available, may need to do some research to add in the actual company name based on other information that can be cross referenced in the client entry Fields 2 to 10 can be researched on the internet and filled in. Fields 11 to 15, the contact persons are present, information may not be full, and some re-work needs to be done, e.g., contact person to be assigned to correct company based on email address, add in work title or role.
