Need to hire 3 Freelancers I’m the owner of a real estate investment company in Massachusetts looking to purchase self-storage facilities that are not listed for sale around the country. I’m looking for freelancers to cold call self-storage facilities, speak to owners, determine if they are open to selling, and if they are, book an appointment for a call between them and me. This project includes the following: – Go on google maps, search for self-storage, and call all the mom-and-pop self-storage facilities that either don’t have a website or have a weak/old website (where you can’t reserve a unit online). Please don’t call large self-storage facilities/companies that have more than 5 locations. An example of companies we don’t want to call are the following large self-storage facilities (Public Storage, ExtraSpace, U-Haul, Cube Smart, Life Storage, StorageMart, Prime Storage, Metro Storage). – Call facilities, document in excel the following o Name of facility you called o Date of the call o Owners contact info (Name, Phone Number, email, seel below) if can’t get info, mark as (no one picked up, the person who picked up would not share the owner info, or something else) o Follow a script to determine if they are interested in selling and scheduling time to talk to me. o Book an appointment for me and the prospect to talk via an online Calendly page if they are interested in learning more and or selling. – Share your excel list of prospects and related info with me. Prospective Contact info need: – Name – Title – Company – email – Work phone number – Website address – Number of units This project requires: – Responsible for all cold-calling/developing new business leads. You must be comfortable with cold-calling – Fluent English – Results Driven – Strong communication skill – Excellent Telephone Sales – Professional and highly organized. – Schedule appointments for me to talk with the potential seller. – Past achievement in new client business generation – Must be a goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and independent worker I intend to hire several cold callers to begin working part-time and extend out the part-time role with one or two that consistently produce amazing results.
