As a Customer Service Representative you contribute to a valuable customer experience. You are in daily contact with customers, process the customer’s orders, actively follow up on customer complaints and collaborate with the sales organization to fulfill the customer’s need. You will do this in a customer centric organization, which operates flat and open and where execution driven and innovation is a strength. In your role as a Customer Service Representative you take care and attention for the customers fulfilling and supporting them . You are part of the Customer Success team and will work close with other Customer Service colleagues .
