JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service by Phone Provides emergency roadside assistance to customers that have emergency roadside benefits as part of their automotive insurance policy or their new vehicle owner’s package. Assist customers in their time of need, whether it’s a flat time, a car that won’t start or they’ve been locked out, you’ll be there to provide much needed help to get them back on the road. Please review the role’s responsibilities below: Handling customer application process Customer resolution Assisting with account balance and inquiries Qualifications Ability to pass screening assessments Customer Service, Typing, and Microsoft Word Ability to handle high-volume phone Willing to consent to a client background check. Shift Details: Monday – Friday; Full time, Part time (Sunday and Saturday available) Training Hours : 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST) 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EST) 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (EST) Title: Customer Service Representative – Remote Benefits: Flexible schedule!!!!!!!
