DESCRIPTION Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Respond to emails and phone calls and provide customer service as first point of contact. Perform many administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. Manage a contact list and Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records. Create presentations, as assigned. Address employees administrative queries. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role. Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Solid organizational skills.
