Looking for someone who is confident and able to speak with customers. What is expected: Calling from a list of customers Performing quality assurance Escalating negative experiences to company Directing positive experiences to the proper review avenues Inputting data into Google Sheets (the sheet will be prepared and given to you) Completing the task on an almost daily basis within 1-2 hours (50-100 phone calls. Time frame extends depending on the day and amount of calls.) Must be able to guide customer on how to post a review online if needed.
