We are looking for a skilled Customer Service rep with additional responsibilities including: Emails, Calls (Inbound & Outbound), Report creation, Admin task, Live chat!, FB Business suite responses & Data Entry. The majority of your day will be focused on collecting publicly available information for Truck Owner Operators and giving them a call to explain our services and set an appointment with a sales rep or live transfer. Additional administrative responsibilities are minimal.
