One of Upwork’s largest Enterprise clients is currently looking for Freelancers to provide research and data entry services. The services to be provided include conducting research and adding data on a wide range of international topics to a large database. Our ideal candidate for this role would be someone with a keen interest in international politics, government, and civics. A successful Freelancer will have advanced internet research skills and be able to exercise independent judgment to ensure data accuracy and quality. You can enjoy a flexible work schedule and work in your time zone, allowing you to customize your work schedule around your availability. The interview process will consist of interviews and online assessments which can take up to 6 hours. Upon successful completion of the video interview and assessments, a contract may be extended. Skill and other requirements: – A stable internet connection and a functioning webcam – Highly proficient in reading and writing English – Advanced problem solving and analytical skills – Advanced internet research skills – Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy – Up-to-date knowledge of international news, politics, and events When submitting a proposal, please answer the following questions: Screening Questions – In what country are you located and what is your time zone? – How many weekly hours would you be able to commit if you are offered this project? – How do you keep yourself updated with events that are happening locally, nationally, and worldwide? – Walk me through one of the data entry projects you have worked on in the past. Outline the type of data entry project it was and the purpose of the project. Also outline the steps taken to complete the project, the challenges you faced during the project, and the steps taken to overcome those challenges.
