About us: We are a law firm assisting clients with confidential business transactions, We’re looking for an experienced specialist to create a contracts database. We anticipate that this project will require 40 hours per week for 1 weeks. Deliverables: – Create an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of approx. 500 contracts, including extraction of 5-10 data fields from each contract. Requirements for the project: – Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) – Excellent grammar and a high attention to detail – Experience reading and understanding business contracts strongly preferred In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience.
