Hello we are a newly born culinary concept from Barcelona ! We are looking for someone to help us out with our administrative process, specifically with data entry Job description: A digitalized version of the dispatch notes received at the restaurant will be uploaded at the time we receive goods, in a shared online folder. On a agreed day of each week, all notes from the previous week must be registered in the company ERP by item line (Provider, Good Family, Ingredient, Weight, Gross Price, Net Price, VAT). By the second day of each month all notes of the previous months must be digited in the system The software is modern, online and easy to use. We are looking for someone with attention to detail to carry out the data entry – this task should not take more then 1,5/2 hours per week. Can be done from everywhere in the world at any time of choice, only respecting the chosen day of each week. This is a ongoing Job, possibly incrementing substantially the number of hours with the growth of the business. Thank you Cooking Gang, SL
