We are looking for someone to join our team! We are an established wholesaler of ladies apparel, looking for someone who is a detail oriented team player and enjoys working in a fast paced and exciting environment. For over 25 years, we have been manufacturing all types of fashion from our midtown headquarters. Flexibility and multi-tasking is a must. Applicant must be proficient in and comfortable with: – entering purchase orders for our factory into the computer system with accuracy – general data entry – sorting, inputing and updating shipping information to ensure timely delivery – verifying factory invoices against purchase orders – communicating with factories about shipping issues and order status – working with EDI processing to submit orders for factor approval – Microsoft Excel (We have our own templates to be attached to all purchase orders for factory) – using the computer to receive and manage inventory, as well as other data related information – performing various administrative and clerical tasks, as needed. Industry experience is important – Apparel is a plus, but other wholesale industries (shoes, accessories, etc.. ) are great too! Please only apply if you have experience with Excel.’
