We are looking for an individual for a contract project that is adaptable, analytically inclined and has great communication skills. You will be working directly with our Payroll Concierge team which means the work will revolve around downloading and uploading payrolls, and making deferral changes in payroll systems. This is someone who is extremely detail-orientated has the aptitude to collaborate with the team, but also be very autonomous in their work. Role Description: – Downloading payroll files from payroll systems – Normalizing payroll files into default templates – Uploading payroll files into our portal, confirming amounts are correct – Updating deferral rates into payroll systems on ongoing basis – Updating deferral rates into payroll systems for new plans – Notes: high volume on certain days – payroll files take approximately 10-15 min to process. Required Skills: – Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) – 1-2 Years of relevant corporate experience (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in data entry or analytical work will be considered) We are looking for an individual to start ideally with a mid-October start date. You will be Full time hourly temp (30-40 hr/week) until Dec 17, with possibility to extend.
