Job Purpose The Data Entry Specialist for Greenlane’s House Brands products will support uploading Vibes UPCs into GS1. Working closely with the Director of house brands, the Data Entry Specialist will oversee creating new UPCs for Vibes in Vibes Holding GS1 account. They are expected to efficiently communicate with the director on what is entered each day and collaborate. They will need to keep track of all data entered to ensure timely product launches. **This is a remote, work from home position** Duties & Responsibilities *Responsible for creating UPCs into GS1. *Review and report date creation. *Manages factory audit remediation process by highlighting audit report issues to agents/suppliers and factories. *Drives sustainable action plans and manages the day to day workload in a timely manner. *Summarize, organize and maintain what has been accomplished end of the week with the director. *This role is a key high visibility role for the Product team and reports directly to the Director of Product and Production. Qualifications & Skills Required *Previous experience with Data Entry. *Familiar with GS1. *Excellent communication skills with the director. *Strong analytical skills. *Excellent organizational and time management skills with an appropriate sense of urgency. *Basic manufacturing knowledge of GS1. *Exceptional attention to detail & organized record keeping. *Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work environment. *Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
