We would like for you to collect/data mine information from PUBLIC (not private) universities and colleges in the United States. We need to build a database of the school name, website, contact name, email address, and phone number etc. An Excel or Google spreadsheet template will be provided which includes some names already started. Titles of the individuals we are looking for include, but are not limited to: International Admissions Director International Recruitment Specialist Admissions Director Director of Admissions Assistant Director of Admissions Associate Director of Admissions Vice President of Enrollment VP of Enrollment Executive Assistant Executive Assistant for the VP of Enrollment Interim VP of Enrollment Interim Director of Admissions Administrative Assistant Ideally 2 to 3 names from the above list need to be found and their email addresses and names listed on the spreadsheet where we can send out emails. A lead is NOT valid unless it has at least one email address. If no names are available/listed on the website of the school, the name can be listed as: International Admissions Team. You will be able to reference the Master List for examples of proper data mining. We will start with 5 states – Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Based upon the data collected for those states, we will determine the plan to expand and cover more states. Important note: there are private and public schools. This project is ONLY PUBLIC, no private schools.
