Primary responsibilities -Support and maintain firmwide strategic intelligence by managing the organization of the client relationship management software (“CRM”) and related data entry (input / output requests) -Organize and schedule outreach, calls, and meetings with prospective companies and contacts -Support firm’s marketing efforts (i.e., contribute to strategy and execution, LinkedIn posts, marketing emails) -Manage firm’s origination calendar -Create opportunities to increase efficiency of the business development function (i.e., research service providers, recommend process improvements) Qualifications -Exceptional work ethic and a background reflecting a high level of achievement -Capable of concurrently handling a wide variety of tasks and be able to quickly shift priorities yet maintain high attention to detail -Microsoft Office proficiency -Experience with CRM software -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Strong analytical skills -Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
