1)Schedule and manage Work Orders with our Maintenance Technician Team. 2)Schedule and manage Turn Over work completing turns within 10-12 days to hit company goals. 3) Maintain 94 % utility with the In house resources provided ( Maintenance Techs) you are responsible for ensuring they bill 40hrs a week in Service request completions. 4)We are looking for an organized person, who can comfortably manage people, time and performance.
