I am a systems analyst for a Behavioral Health Company We are in need of developing a Urine Analysis (UA/Drug Test) randomizer built in excel. The needs and stipulations are as follows: – Each patient must test 3x per week on different days – The list of patients is updated each day to account for any patients that have left and/or are newly added, so there is a need to account for and removal of duplicates from the prior day’s list – The data will come from a CSV report that can be dropped into excel at the end of each day and should remove duplicates and update the list – the randomizer needs to keep the same pre-assigned days for clients that are not new, and only randomize the new added clients per day – the active list needs to then populate to a new tab which will be a dynamic list of clients organized by day of the week of their drug test that will update as the new CSV raw active patient list is dropped in each afternoon. – this list of static data will be what is used to send out to directors of each facility
