Customer Service Representative 3 month temporary position Full time Working from home 3P Learning is a global educational technology company that inspires kids to love learning. Our products are fun, engaging, pedagogically sound and adored by teachers, parents and kids all over the world. We have an opportunity for a Customer Success Representative to join us and provide high quality customer service and support for all 3P Learning resources. You will be first point of contact to facilitate a speedy and efficient resolution of customer queries and develop exceptional product knowledge across all our products. You will be able to identify trends in customer queries and be proactive in addressing issues, as well as share product knowledge with the global team. Ideally you will have: Excellent written and verbal English skills Prior experience in Customer Service Available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills Good technical aptitude Ideally you will be: Client-centric in approach and delivery. A flexible and creative thinker who is able to effectively problem solve.
