It’s a lot of fun and work! We are looking for a full-time/part-time. Think of it as part Chief-of-Staff and part Rockstar assistant . The role will be key to the company’s growth – you will own critical daily communications and operations, build the SOP playbook for outsourcing and help us scale. This is a flexible hour job – you must be available to work between **9 am – 6 pm Pacific Standard Time (US Hours)** 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. We are paying based on experience. After succeeding in a 60-day trial period, you’ll get a raise in income. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Email Management: You will manage all things emails for the business CEO with great speed and attention to detail. This consists of composing emails from dictation, drafting responses, and creating templates. Email and calendaring is the most important part of your job. Calendar Management: You will coordinate meeting times and manage invites with very important people. Shopping Research: You will manage product research, ordering, and returns for online purchases. Personal Tasks: You will carry out various personal tasks, including compiling research and booking reservations. THE REQUIREMENTS: – Fluent & Conversational in American English. Confident in making phone calls required for tasks. In your cover letter, please make sure to include the phrase "banana pudding." – Impeccable grammar and an excellent phone manner. Must be comfortable reaching out to associates and external parties on the executive’s behalf. – Act with a sense of urgency and prioritization to quickly follow up, set appointments, and easily juggle various tasks. – Familiar with the following tools: Outlook Email & Calendar, Gmail & Google Calendar, Notion, I Message, Slack, and Tidiest.
