We have some repetitive online tasks that need to be done, 35+ hours per week. You would be transcribing recorded job interviews in English, and performing routine administrative tasks like entering information into a database. You must be detail-oriented, hard-working. Good English is desired. Responsibilities:  Handles calendar management  In charge of email management and sending correspondences  Reaches out to candidates and clients  Transcribes recorded interview  Summarize interview notes and recorded interviews  Assist in reports and presentation  Assist in other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications:  Willing to work in US Pacific Time  Working experience as an Executive Assistant of at least 2 years  Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal  Has knowledge in calendar management  Familiar with email management  Highly organized, can multi-task and manage time efficiently  Business development, recruitment coordination, or email outreach experience is a plus  Collaborative and a team player  Relevant experience as a recruitment assistant, virtual assistant, data entry is preferred  Resourceful  Has high attention to detail.  Smart, able to understand and execute instructions well.  Can type 65WPM with at least 99% accuracy
