We have some repetitive online tasks that need to be done, 35+ hours per week. You would be transcribing recorded job interviews in English, and performing routine administrative tasks like entering information into a database. You must be detail-oriented, hard-working. Good English is desired. Responsibilities: Handles calendar management In charge of email management and sending correspondences Reaches out to candidates and clients Transcribes recorded interview Summarize interview notes and recorded interviews Assist in reports and presentation Assist in other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Willing to work in US Pacific Time Working experience as an Executive Assistant of at least 2 years Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal Has knowledge in calendar management Familiar with email management Highly organized, can multi-task and manage time efficiently Business development, recruitment coordination, or email outreach experience is a plus Collaborative and a team player Relevant experience as a recruitment assistant, virtual assistant, data entry is preferred Resourceful Has high attention to detail. Smart, able to understand and execute instructions well. Can type 65WPM with at least 99% accuracy
