We are an Australian group of companies and are seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Controller to comprehensively manage our book-keeping and administrative tasks. The candidate will be highly trained, highly experienced and proficient with Xero and certified for all Australian bookkeeping and taxation standards. *Please note – a minimum of 10 years experience as a bookkeeper/accounts controller is essential – this is not negotiable. We are looking for the following attributes in the right person: * Speaks and writes in 100% fluent English – this is absolutely imperative as phone communication will be required on a daily basis * Is fully trained and highly experienced in all aspects of Xero * Is highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, online platforms and ERPs and can learn new systems easily * Has a can-do, positive and hardworking approach * Enjoys solving problems and learning new systems and processes * Is self motivated and understands critical deadlines that must be met * Has a high level of integrity and desire to grow and develop with the position * Seeks a long term, mutually beneficial engagement & is looking to challenge themselves with a stimulating position – your output level will be expected to be high Please submit your CV/resume and include an opening statement with information about yourself, your training & experience. This is a permanent position, with a minimum of 5 days weekly (40 hours per week) with the possibility of 2 extra 6 hours shifts per month to be worked on alternating Saturdays.
