Hello! We are looking to hire a virtual assistant who can work from home on a part time basis. The virtual assistant will be handling and organizing the personal schedule and tasks of a start-up CEO. Working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Your tasks as a part time virtual assistant include: -Email Management: composing , emails from dictation, drafting responses, and creating templates – Calendar Management: coordinating meeting times and managing invites – Personal Shopping: ordering groceries and other items online, handling returns and refunds for online purchases – Travel Planning: searching for flights and accommodation for vacations, work trips, and weekend plans – Personal Tasks: organizing documents, compiling research and booking reservations We are looking for someone who has: – Fluency and confidence in writing and conversing in English. – A sense of urgency and prioritization to quickly follow up, set appointments, and easily juggle a variety of tasks. – Familiarity with the following tools: Outlook Email & Calendar, Gmail & Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, Todoist and Notion. Minimum of 2 year’s experience is required.
