Experienced and confident agent needed for Phone based tasks Our organisation is a cleaning and housekeeping platform that connects cleaners to clients. The role requires contacting potential and existing cleaners on the platform. Such tasks include: -Calling potential cleaners and onboarding them -Helping allocate cleaners to specific visits via phone calls -potentially following up with initial cleans via phone calls to record their experience -General assistance with admin and other tasks related to managing our base of cleaners
