We have about 1000 invoices, purchase orders, and quotes in PDF and PNG formats that look like the attachment. The task is to extract data from invoices and put it into a spreadsheet of a specified format. You will be able to copy & paste data from the PDF files. You can use OCR / data extraction tools, but you will have to verify that the data is correct. We will ask more than one person to do the extraction for cross-validation. Acceptance of your work will depend on accuracy. Please reply with an estimate of time it will take you to process 1000 documents like this.
