We are a fashion brand based in the USA that designs and produces women’s special occasion wear from wedding dresses to prom dresses. I am looking for an executive virtual assistant that can help me me manage my schedule and improve productivity by taking tasks off my plate- someone who I can rely and count on to always get things done in a timely manner. The tasks required are of a very wide range, some examples might be: -virtual assistance -research, spreadsheets, data entry -ordering supplies, marketing materials and shopping for the best price -social media marketing, advertising -design flyers, postcards, ads etc -web and ecommerce support -video editing short clips -project management, finding and hiring for various tasks For all tasks that require someone very specialized and expert, such as detailed photoshop work, advanced video editing, SEO, infographics/explainer videos, etc then I would like you to be the point of contact and coordinator to find, hire, supervise, correct and manage this hired help. It will be ideal if you can work during US hours, or a time slot that overlaps. Looking for someone eager, trustworthy, and talented to work directly with me for the long term!
