European/US tire export company FlexTyres.com needs a fill-time bi-lingual virtual assistant to communicate with our spanish speaking clients. Spanish native speaker (preferably from South America) + fluent English. Training will be provided for specific tasks outlining expectations. Duties include but are not limited to: – Going through our lead lists generated by our Chabot daily – Recording all leads into a Google Sheet (Name, Company, Email, Phone, Country, Needs, Prospect disposition etc. (You need to understand our pipeline and what info needs to be tracked daily). – Mark and follow up with incomplete leads – Notify us of any urgent/hot opportunities – Daily Reports (Create a report at the end of each day of tasks performed.) – Weekly Reports CRM experience is a plus. Applicant must have the following skills: Ability to follow written instructions and give written responses via Skype/Slack. (Native Spanish, fluent English) Basic messenger Chabot/live support knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. Ability to think through a problem and ask questions if you do not completely understand what needs to be done or if something looks out of place. You will be an important part of a team, and will be expected to give feedback and ask questions. Basic CRM/Email experience. Document all task and procedures. Willingness to learn. Duration: Full/Part Time 4-8hrs/Day Mon – Fri (Sat/Sun) You will have access to our Chatbot App and must be able to check it for hot opportunieties 3-4 times a day.. including outside working hours. You should have to process at least 50-100 chats/email/leads in 4 hours. Payment: Monthly Fixed Payment / Hourly per hour (TBD) Please do not submit a resume.
