I need to receive real estate properties for sale in the US following specific criteria and entered inside an excel file (20 lines for 20 properties) 1 – Only multi-family properties: duplex, triplex or quadruplex [column 1: list number of units: 2,3,4] 2 – In the US anywhere [column 2 : address] 3 – Only where Airbnb is allowed to operate with a 1 night minimum stay (it must be a legal zoning). You must provide the link of the regulation in that particular city showing Airbnb is allowed. Please don’t send me an Airbnb listing there thinking Airbnb is allowed in a city. [column 3: link of the Airbnb regulations form the US government in that particular city] 4 – The Property annual revenue must be over $200K and calculated on https://www.airdna.co/airbnb-calculator (it is FREE to create an account wit AirDNA). If it is a quadruplex, make sure to calculate the Airbnb revenue on AirDNA for 1 unit and multiply by 4 to have the revenue of the entire multifamily inside [column 4: annual Airbnb revenue] 5 – Property must be for sale currently [column 5: – provide link of the property for sale] 6 – Sales price = $1 million or less [column 6: sales price] To qualify for this job, please send 1 multifamily matching this criteria in 1 excel file I would need to receive 20 properties matching these criteria.
