Looking for a reliable and eager to make money transportation virtual assistant/dispatcher who understands trucking. VA SCOPE OF WORK: -Call owner operator’s and/or independent drivers to come on as new carrier -Send agreements to new carriers -Find loads for truck equipment type -Dispatch drivers on found loads -Ensure signed paperwork is signed -Complete daily reports for invoicing VA MUST HAVE: -Understand basic trucking terminology -Able to speak,read, and write English -Good communication and follow up skills -Computer/Laptop with internet -PDF Signing ability from computer -Reporting skills ***LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY FOR RIGHT PERSON****
