Immediate Opening for a Full Time Bookkeeper. Must be able to multitask, work independently as well as in a team environment. Must have QuickBooks Online experience. Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously is a must! Job Qualifications: • Maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements • Able to meet tight deadlines and provide a multitude of accounting activities including income reconciliation, payroll reconciliation, post journal entries, prepare bank account reconciliations and financial reports • Excellent English oral and written skills • Ability to verbally communicate with clients within your portfolio, a must! • The love of crunching numbers! • We are looking for candidates that are committed to the Company and are interested in growth opportunities.
