We currently have a LARGE team of full time VAs, all working 40 to 50 hours a week as GVAs, CSRs and transaction coordinators. We are adding four FULL TIME persons to our team as our company is growing. We are a top Upwork employer with 5 star reviews. Our upworkers have clocked over 50,000 hours through Upwork. JOB DESCRIPTION ================ We are hiring full timers with experience as Executive VA & General Virtual Assistants. Our General VAs will be assigned various admin, data entry, report and research tasks. They will support department managers through appointment setting, calendar and email management duties. Our VAs stay for a long time and tend to be very satisfied with their positions. FULL TIME POSITION, 40-50 HOURS A WEEK, 8 AM TO 4 PM PST, AND WILL REQUIRE YOUR FULL FOCUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE OTHER JOBS WITH THIS, SO KEEP IT IN MIND. OUR STAFF DOES NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS. Do not apply if the hourly rate mentioned does not work for you. We will pay a bonus (to account for when you are at the initial 20% fee on Upwork).After you complete 100 hours with us, we will pay you a one time bonus of $60, as a partial adjustment for your 20% initial Upwork fee. Our employees go to the 10% fee within the first 20 days, and go to the 5% Upwork rate usually within 9 months.
