Full-time Personal/Private Assistant based in Tbilisi, Karachi

I am a German tech entrepreneur who just recently moved to Tbilisi and I need a personal/private assistant, which is also based in Tbilisi (preferably close to liberty square or meidan bazar). You should speak Georgian and English. If you speak Russian or German, that would be a plus. Previous experience in sales, sourcing, logistics, or customer service, in English language and for a foreign western company is a huge plus. My personal/private assistant is taking care of all things related to my personal life – apartment repairs, shopping, finding products and services, evaluating the quality of these products or services to meet my requirements. Don’t underestimate this job – I need a problem solver, someone with a strong work ethic, highly organized, intelligent, proactive, creative and able to think out of the box. You also need to be a good communicator, someone who can proactively communicate work progress or challenges they can’t solve themselves while working on a task. You should be proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Google Slides. You need to be comfortable on the phone and be able to call a high number of firms whenever needed because in Georgia it seems like one has to contact a large number of companies to find the one good company that can do the job. So most of the time you will be finding and evaluating products and services, making calls to vendors or companies and negotiate on my behalf, set appointments, and arrange transportation.
