We are a Real Estate Brokerage that needs to Track Payments to our Employees. We currently use QuickBooks for their Payments. Please see attached (only page 2) we need something like this. Then we can email to them as a pdf with all the details about their Commission once a property has closed. We currently have 5 Employees but need this setup to hold over 50. Was thinking 1 Sheet with multiple tabs and each tab represents an Agnet. What we will need – Each Realtor has a Anniversary Date. They will get 20% of their check taken out till they pay a $13,000 Cap that it Resets every Anniversary Date, then it Resets. So we need to be able to Track that. – Fee’s Will be Generic but can easily add them on if needed. Not all Realtors will have Fee’s.
